“Operation Boots to Business” – The SBA Launches Entrepreneurial Training For Veterans

The Small Business Administration has partnered with the Veterans Administration to launch “Operation Boots to Business: From Service to Startup”. The link above is to a YouTude video on the program, and additional links are below.

This training program is designed to “help transitioning service members and veterans become entrepreneurs and create jobs for others”. The SBA and its partners will conduct introductory business courses at military bases around the country. From the article, “One out of every seven veterans around the nation are self-employed or small-business owners, and about one-quarter of other veterans say they’re interested in starting or buying a business.”
