• $137,623 = the average sale price of the sold restaurant businesses.
• $96,090 = the average owner benefit generated in each sold restaurant business.
• 1.756 = the owner benefit multiple (sales price divided by owner benefit) of the 35 sold restaurant businesses.
• 77% = the average percentage down of the 35 sold restaurant businesses.

What does this mean?

Restaurant businesses are always in demand. And, in spite of a more conservative and cash strapped buying clientele, they are still paying near historical multiples with a percent down not realized in many other industries.
